The Kaizen Facilitator Program equips aviation professionals with the practical skills needed to plan and lead structured improvement workshops across airline operations.

The program is aligned with the principles and competencies defined in The Lean Airline® Body of Knowledge (LABOK) and leads to The Lean Airline® Kaizen Facilitation Diploma.
